A spacious patio with outdoor setting which is located next to Seymour Park and a short stroll to the beach. This villa room is part of a larger Villa, and shares a common gate, but a separate entrance to the unit itself. Please note, this studio is designed to be self catering so there is no servicing to this unit. However, it can be arranged the day prior, at an additional charge.

The master suite is on this level and has a king bed with open ensuite spa, separate king shower and washroom. The kitchen and living room is on the first floor featuring a stunning fireplace, powder room, king sofa bed, balcony and barbecue. There is a split reverse cycle air-conditioning on each level and a large outdoor patio on the ground level. A two car garage adds to the convenience of your stay. Ground level offers another comfortable queen bedroom suite with single sofa bed and separate bathroom with shower over spa bath, separate toilet, a kitchenette and laundry.
