This spacious villa overlooks Seymour Park and from the top floor you can enjoy glimpses of the ocean which is just a 656 ft stroll. The master suite is on this level and has a king bed with open ensuite spa, separate king shower and washroom. An additional queen bedroom is also located on the top level overlooking the beautiful views over the park and towards the bay (this room does not have its own bathroom). The kitchen and living room is on the first floor featuring a stunning fireplace, powder room, king sofa bed, balcony and barbecue. There is a split reverse cycle air-conditioning on each level and a large outdoor patio on the ground level. A two car garage adds to the convenience of your stay. Ground level offers another comfortable queen bedroom suite with single sofa bed and separate bathroom with shower over spa bath, separate toilet, a kitchenette and laundry. Please note, this Villa is designed to be self catering so there is no servicing to this unit. However, it can be arranged the day prior, at an additional charge.
